Create an app that would work as a customer touch point on iOS and Android
We interviewed a subset of our clients and some members of the organisation’s contact center to find out the issues that were most pressing to them. We found out that the process of reporting faults was very long and the process of recharging was confusing for adult users. Some users wanted an easier way to check their data balance. A few of the people wanted easier access to the list of shops and other physical offerings we had.
We decided create to create an app for our customers that were on iOS and Android.
